PHILOSOPHY
Suthida is a believer that “not all knowledge is taught in one school."
Suthida brings a diverse and multidisciplinary approach to her work, combining techniques and elements from various modalities which include Swedish, Myofascial work, Thai Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Position pain release.
Her background in Thailand has allowed her to provide effective and unique treatments that integrate stretching, movement, and breathwork, with an emphasis on mindful bodily awareness and the release of muscular tension and mental stress.
Suthida's goal is to create long-term positive changes in the body, using a firm touch to “melt” tissue rather than trying to force through excessive pressure, which she believes is often counter-productive. Her calming temperament, integrative technique, and passion for this work make her fit to perform anything from simple relaxation and stress reduction to general wellness to focused clinical treatments.

The goal of Swedish massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow. Swedish massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
A therapeutic massages that uses strategic strokes to increase circulation, release muscle tension and remove lactic acid. It’s a combination of trigger point therapy, stretching, sports massage and other unique modalities to relieve strain, stress and inflammation.
